1979-1981 Claims Manager

Supervised 21 people in the handling of medical, drug,

and Medicare Supplemental claims

1982-1986 Labor Union  Representative

Serviced local unions during contract negotiations and

claim issues.

1986-2008 Account Executive

Handled companies of size 2 to over 2,000. Assisted

with rate renewals, benefit design, and claim issues.

 Personal:  Lived in Lehigh Valley my entire life while also attending both Parkland

High School and Muhlenberg College while majoring in Business

Administration. Family lives near Emmaus High School.

Other: Involved in United Way Day of Caring, Special Olympics, Pro-Life   

supporter, PIAA basketball referee, sponsor oversees children through 

Catholic Charities and World Vision.          

Gabe Lisicky

Born and raised in the Lehigh Valley, Gabe

graduated from Whitehall High School.  He

continued his education by attending East

Tennessee State University in Johnson City. 

While at ETSU, he played on the Men's Basketball

team for Coach Ed Dechellis.  Gabe graduated

with a BS in Business Administration.   A team

player on the job and in the community, Gabe

is an active member of the local Pennsylvania

Interscholastic Athletic Association basketball officials. 

He enjoys watching all sports, playing golf, and

spending time with his neices and nephews.  

Donna Mohr

 
 Born and raised in the Lehigh Valley, Donna is a graduate of Parkland High

School.  She is licensed with the state of Pennsylvania as a producer with

Accident and Health, Life and Fixed Annuities, and the Professional Academy

for Healthcare Management (PAHM) certification.

While employed with Capital Blue Cross for 11 years in marketing and sales,

she was responsible for selling and servicing the health care and life

coverage for Capital provided through the Greater Lehigh Valley Chamber of

Commerce.  She coordinated events and represented Capital.

Donna lives in Whitehall with her husband Richard.  They have 2 sons, Chad

and Travis.  While her sons competed in swimming during their high school

years, she was an announcer for the swimming and diving competitions, and

also processed the athletes' times in the computer for the results of the competitions.  

She volunteers for many special events, such as, the Special  Olympics, the United 

Way, church functions and the disabled sports. In her free time, she enjoys golf, travel, 

gardening and crafts.
